The Kimberley Pilbara Cattleman’s Association annual Low Stress Livestock handling cup was held last week at Sandfire Roadhouse.

There was great support from stations and sponsors. The skill shown by all teams was of a high standard, congratulations to everyone who competed and contributed to the event!

Our teams did exceptionally well with:

🥈The Big T - Second Place overall

🏆 Low Stress Express - Encouragement Award

🏅Big Weaners - 5th place overall

One of our staff members Zac “Chezza” took out the individual Kachana Award for Innovation.

A fantastic effort from our team and we are proud of the skill, teamwork and dedication shown throughout the event.

Well done to everyone and a big thanks to the stations, sponsors and organisers involved for supporting such a great event.

Pastures & Prosecco – a fantastic day showcasing what can be achieved through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and community done right.
A huge thank you to WKLCDC, KPCA, RCS, Halter, Rangelands NRM and Glenn Landsberg for bringing this event together, and an especially big thank you to Kalyeeda Station and Nerrima Pastoral crew for being such wonderful hosts. It was a fantastic event, filled with great conversations, valuable insights, and strong connections across our industry.
