Warning to sensitive subject matter....Got the call up to do a LIVE interview on BAYFM on the Beats n Business segment this week. I was pretty nervous but settled in by question 3 where i dropped an unexpected bombshell. One of mass importance, affecting all societies on this earth. It entwines with my personal story, my greater good and how it gives my business wings. Its not to be confused with heartache or anything under a pessimistic microscope. It's shared to connect, uplift and give strength to all of you who have suffered in some way. We are all in this big life journey together and I'm sincerely so grateful to use my voice to boycot the silence that sadly surrounds this hideous crime....plus there's some light-hearted chit chat too. There is no doubt the seafood benchmark in Australia is expensive. It's hard to work in an industry where you want to make it affordable, especially for the health benefits for all socio-economic platforms, but there is no choice. With the respect of the life of a fish taken to the tireless and sometimes dangerous job for the fisherman/women, to the fish mongers, labour, overheads, transport etc it falls hard on the pocket. Here are a few alternatives to add fish to your diet without costing a fortune 🥰
