truly got what i wanted nothing to extra or lil just spot on shade.

KFC style spicy wings at home.

Ingredients for chicken marination:
1.5 kg wings with skin
1 tbs garlic powder or freshly grounded
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs pepper
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp salt
1/4th cup soya sauce
1/4th cup sweet and sour sauce
1 cup butter milk

BUTTER MILK:
1 cup milk
1/4th cup vinegar
Set aside for 5 mins

CHICKEN COATING:
2 cups flour. (Maida)
1 tsp each paprika, pepper, salt, garlic powder, chilli flakes
1/3rd cup corn flour

Coat wings evenly, spread on a drying rack for 5-10 mins then deep frying in extremely hot oil for 10 mins.

Do try your kids will love it as much as mine did ♥️

SURPRISE BDAY PARTY 🎊 🎉 🎈

From Cake to food and decor ( also cleaning) was done by his one and only 😂👰🏻

I planned his early surprise bday party with his work colleagues and their partners a week ago, Menu was simple yet delicious so was decor just wanted to make his day extra special ❤️

Menu: Bihari Qeema, Biryani, chana daal fry, reshmi cheese handi, shahi tukray and cake.

Garaland wss made at home used Garland kit + electric pump.

so thankful to his friends who came and made it extra special for him.

Saib had no idea About this surprise so happy i managed to this ❤️❤️

QUICK 10 MINS PASTA

hello everyone try this quick recipe of mine, hardly takes 10 mins to cook 😍

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack pasta of your choice
400 gms chicken breast fillet
2-3 tbs oil ( i use olive oil)
1 tsp each: Garlic, salt, chilli flakes, pepper, oregano and mix herbs
1 cup cream
1 cup cheese
1/2 cup mushrooms ( optional)

Bake: 180 degrees for 10 mins

easy peasy pasta for days when you don’t wish to cook :)

Ghar ki biryani..

Made with easy steps :)

I followed box spices: Things i changed:

Use 3 onions in 3.5 cups rice
Used 1.5 pack instead of one
No curd
tomatoes 200ml or 3 only.

How do you like your biryani, I make biryani in many ways but this ghar ki biryani have my heart. #
