🍻 **CASUAL BAR STAFF WANTED – SUMMER SHIFTS!**

We're looking for an experienced bartender to join the crew at **Co-Conspirators Brewing Co.** in Brunswick over summer.

β˜€οΈ **1–2 shifts per week**, with the potential for extra shifts during busy periods and events.

**What we're looking for:**
- Previous bar experience and a current Victorian RSA
- Craft b**r knowledge or an interest in learning
- Confident working independently and during busy services
- Friendly, reliable and great with customers
- Weekend and evening availability

We're an independent craft brewery with 26 taps, regular events and a relaxed, welcoming crew.

Ready to take the next step?

We’re looking for a new full-time Bar Manager at Co-Conspirators Brewpub in Brunswick.

🍺 You don’t need to have been a Bar Manager before.

If you’re an experienced bartender, supervisor or FOH team member ready to step into management, we want to hear from you.

You’ll lead a small team, help shape how we run the venue and put your own stamp on things.

And you’ll have support along the way. Our Director will work closely with you to develop your skills in planning, managing people, giving feedback and making decisions.

We’re looking for someone who:
🍺 Is organised and thinks ahead
πŸ’ͺ Takes initiative and follows through
πŸ—£οΈ Communicates clearly
🀝 Supports their team
πŸ‘€ Cares about good hospitality and the details
