We are an Australian family owned manufacturer and supplier of highly acclaimed, premium gelato based in Melbourne. Paolo our gelato chef spent his childhood in Rome surrounded by gelato stores selling happiness in a cup. Recreating those flavour sensations and the quality of the gelato he remembers has been Paolo’s mission. At Gelati Sky we use real ingredients along with a traditional artisan me

thod secretly blended with a modern twist to create creamy, mouth watering gelato. We have a wide range of dairy and sorbet flavours that deliver a unique tasting experience, and as an added bonus gelato is a healthier alternative to ice cream. Gelati Sky has been awarded “Champion Gelato” for three consecutive years by Dairy Australia at the annual Australian Grand Dairy Awards. These prestigious Awards recognise quality, excellence and innovation – the only gelato manufacturer so far to be granted that honour.
