Late winter is weaning time for our Brangus calves - they spend a few days in the yards to get used to not having milk, then they’ll move onto our best pastures to grow into our future breeders or meat for our community.

Lots of y’all have asked about H5N1 bird flu, so here it is. We can’t and won’t lock our birds inside, so we wait and see. Important to remember there’s been no transfer to domestic birds at this stage.
