We pride ourselves on sustainable practices, nurturing both our stock and the land which is reflected in the taste - delicious. Our lambs are grown larger than your typical shop-lamb - to produce meal size BBQ chops! Grown slowly, as nature intended is our motto so our lambs are slightly older than lot fed stock and are generally around 23kg dressed weight. Options for purchase are whole lambs or half ( single side) and our qualified butchers can pack for your family of 2, 3 or 4. If you require a special cut- just ask ! Spit roast lambs are our specialty - for 21st, engagements or special events -your guest will rave about it . All lambs are $12.50 per kg per side. Delivered free with 80km radius of Warragul.
