Gippslamb Gippslamb offers delicious lamb as nature intended - slowly grown on good pasture, using the best of sustainable practices.

Gippslamb provides premium succulent lamb, grown on the rich grasses of Gippsland, and packaged to your family's requirements. Our lambs are grown larger than your typical shop-lamb - to produce meal-size BBQ chops! Our lambs are generally around 23kg dressed weight. Options for purchase are whole lambs or half ( single side) and qualified butchers can pack for 2, 3, or 4 servings. If you require a special cut- just ask! Spit roast lambs are our specialty - your guest will rave about it. Delivered free within 20km radius of Warragul.

Lambing has started with a bang! Over 20 drops yesterday, with more today. This year, we focused on feeding ewes, so they would produce lambs that averaged 5.0-5.5kg as multiples. This also means ewes are in the best position to produce lots of milk, and go forward well. Shout out to Bronte Alexandra for amazing help. On target for 250 lambs.

Lambs getting close to weaning..now that we have had a nice soak, grass is powering and lambs are growing.
