Hey legends!
We are taking a little break as we have the Dunsborough Art festival next weekend and we just want to try and focus on finishing the food truck in the coming weeks.

Legend has it that the perfect Beef short rib would be found deep in Australia's Southwest (dont ask questions)

And that a short fat guy, much like myself would stumble across it.

So marbled with fat, that even the most zealous vegan would turn their heads and take a nibble

Ok gang make sure to come down to The Bunbury Markets this Saturday for an absolute beast of a menu

-14 hour Texas style smoked brisket (get in quick, this bad boy sells out very fast)

-Smoked Beef Short Ribs glazed in hot Honey BBQ sauce

-Smoked woodfire beef and cheddar sausages

ADD some House made pickled veg or a warm potato bun with a drink to the mix and thats lunch sorted.
