🍊 Meet my new favourite thing...

A whole orange muffin with dark chocolate chips, drizzled with a fresh orange juice icing. That’s it. That’s the post (because we've already eaten all the rest!) 🤍

The combination of fresh citrus and dark chocolate is something else — bright, zingy and just the right amount of indulgent. And that drizzle of icing made with real fresh orange juice? Absolutely next level.

🍫 This one. RIGHT HERE. 🤯

Three layers of rich chocolate mud cake, sandwiched together with the most decadent chocolate ganache, finished with a chocolate drip and a ring of whipped cream.

I have to be honest — this is one of those bakes where I had to stop and just appreciate it for a moment before it went out the door. It was SO good.

Every year our Crossfit United community comes together to do the SEAN WOD — a Partner WOD created with love by his wife Rach in memory of the sweaty, strong and gentle giant we lost to a long battle with depression.

Every single detail of this workout means something special....
And the 💩 cupcakes? Because sometimes life is crappy. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t talk about it.

It is the greatest honour to make these each year. To be even a small part of the way this community keeps Sean’s memory alive means more than I can say. 🤍

To anyone out there who is struggling — please talk to someone.
