An update for our followers and friends.

Sincere apologies for the lack of detail and content in recent months.

Owner and founder Brett has given me the honour and responsibility of watching over the page for now.

In February of this year, co founder and integral silent leader of Wynestory group Donna Doss lost her fight after a 6 year battle with a rare cancer. (16/02/26)

This has been a tumultuous period and family have spent much time trying to process the journey ahead.

Wynestory will continue. Brett has assured me of that, but we are yet to determine in what capacity.

Thank you for your support of Brett and Donna over the last 8 years since this began, there will be continuance is some form eventually. In the meantime. Raise a glass to the brains and the motivation behind this little dream.

It has been more than a little while since anything was posted by us, and I feel now is the time to explain myself....

Firstly thank you to the Wynestory family that have been here and following our journey along the way. This was a dream that emerged back in 2016. And we gave it our all. The odds were against us during Covid and still Mrs Wynestory and I persisted...

Even when I took full time employment with an amazing company (who I proudly still work for) and a third party tried to derail me, I forged forward.....

So what has happened in the last 12 months that took me from my passion....

Well......... Cancer.......

My wife was diagnosed in 2020. and she has fought it every inch of the way since. Through Covid, through the rise of larger wine companies that became aggressive post covid, and through several incarnations of what Wynestory looked like.

We took a back seat over the last 12 months as her health took and continues to take priority. But we are still here...... She is an amazing lady who continues to fight her heart out..... And bubbling away in the background is some new project work that I hope to release some day soon. And continue to study, research and enjoy the worlds best beverage!

Whilst distribution and that side of the business has been significantly reduced, the passion for delivering education and unique wine experiences is still very much at the heart of what and who I am as a passionate advocate for the hard work of our family owned and non corporate wine producers.

Thank you for your support, and I will see you up front and presenting my passion again some day soon I hope! :)
