Good morning, we are looking for some Bundy local talent to join our team at a our local flowers farm in the Alloway area.
What's the Job? 🤷♂️
The job is labour based with most of the time you will be required to Pick, bunch and pack flowers in a timely manner, also as part of the job you will be required to also plant flower seedlings with care. And also depending on the applicant you may even be required to bunch mixed bunches that we supply to some great businesses around town.
This job has the possibility of being long term as the farm operates year round,
Please keep in mind. This is a farm, like any other farm. There is dirt here. It also rains here. It's cold in winter and it's hot in summer, the field isn't air-conditioned...sorry 🤪 🌞☀️🌧🥶☃️
Highly regarded if you have experience in working with sweet potatoes or picked berries, zucchinis or any other picking based jobs 🙋♂️ but not necessary.
Training will be provided. We do have a focus on productivity, this is not a skipping through the daisy patch plucking a flower from here and there job as most seem to pictured 🙂
About you
Ability to work and 8 hour work day
Reliable and punctual
Willing to work unsupervised
Ability to work in a team environment
The Ability to keep off a phone during work time
Have your own reliable transport and drivers licence
