🍋 The wait is almost over! 🍋

Our Limecello is making its way back, and this time there’s a little something extra in the mix. 🍊

Jason just can’t help himself! 😏 A twist of mandarin has joined the party, adding another citrus note to our returning favourite.

It’s getting closer, but you’ll have to wait just a little longer before it’s back on the shelf.

Who’s ready for a little citrus in their glass? 🍋🍊

🏆 What a night at the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce Business Awards!

We're absolutely delighted to have brought home the inaugural Sustainability Award for Imbibis, but Saturday night was about so much more than the trophies.

A huge thank you to our award sponsor, UniSQ School of Business, Law, Humanities and Pathways, for supporting this award and recognising businesses making sustainability part of how they operate.

Congratulations to all the winners on the night, and to every finalist who made the awards such a celebration of the talent, hard work and innovation in our local business community.

We had a fantastic evening filled with great conversations and even better company. It was lovely to catch up with Shane from the Llama Farm, the team from Booval Shopping Centre and architect Carolyn McLean and her partner Allan, all of whom were also in the running for awards on the night.

Nights like these are a wonderful reminder of the people behind the businesses and the community that supports them.

Thank you to the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce for another great evening celebrating local business. We're proud to be part of this community. 💚

💜 JACARANDA SEASON HAS ARRIVED 💜

There’s something about the first jacarandas of the season.

One minute everything is green and ordinary, and then suddenly there are splashes of purple appearing everywhere.

Before long, the trees will be in full bloom, the streets will be carpeted in purple and everyone will be stopping to take photos.

Including us. Obviously. 😂

We’re very lucky to have this beautiful display of colour around Ipswich and the surrounding areas every spring.

So if you’re out and about this October, keep your eyes open.

The jacarandas are putting on a show. 💜

🏆 AWARDS NIGHT IS ALMOST HERE! 🏆

This Saturday, 10 October, we’ll be heading off to the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards.

And we’re delighted to be a finalist in the Sustainability Award — which, for a distillery, we think is pretty special. 🌱🥃

Of course, we’d love to hear our name called on the night, but being a finalist among so many fantastic Ipswich businesses is something we’re already very proud of.

We’re looking forward to getting dressed up, enjoying a great night out and celebrating with our fellow Ipswich businesses.

Fingers crossed, glasses raised and we’ll see what happens! 🥂

Watch this space…
More to follow after Saturday night. 😉

💜 22 DAYS TO GO! 💜

The countdown is officially on to one of our favourite community celebrations — the Goodna Jacaranda Festival!

📅 Friday 23 & Saturday 24 October
📍 Evan Marginson Park, Goodna

We’re delighted to once again be a Proud Supporting Partner of this wonderful local event.

Two days of live entertainment, food, markets, family fun, rides and, of course, plenty of beautiful purple jacarandas. It’s a great celebration of the Goodna community and the people who make it such a special part of our region.

🎟️ 2-day passes are just $10 for adults, with discounted tickets for seniors and children, and kids 12 and under are free.

So grab the family, grab your friends and come along to enjoy a great weekend under the jacarandas. 💜

We’re proud to support it — and we’ll see you there!

💜 Jacaranda season is coming.

Soon the streets around Ipswich will be turning purple, and we’ll all be finding excuses to stop and admire them.

It also means it’s almost time for one of our favourite seasonal reminders…

Jacaranda Gin. 💜

Made with jacaranda and butterfly pea, it’s our little nod to one of the most beautiful signs of spring in our part of the world.

The trees are getting ready.

So are we.

Nobody tells you that apparently a distiller needs to be qualified to operate a forklift.

Things have changed around here. 👀

The bottles are still here.
The copper stills are still here.
Jason is still making a mess of something in the production area. 😂

But the walls… the walls have had a serious upgrade.

We’ve just had an artwork refresh by highly collectible Brisbane artist Cameron Seymour, with his current solo exhibition now hanging throughout the distillery.

And we have to say, we’re rather enjoying the combination of contemporary art, copper stills and several hundred bottles of things we probably shouldn’t drink before lunchtime.

We love that the distillery can be more than just a place where spirits are made. It’s a place for creativity, conversation, good design and things that make you stop and have a second look.

Come and have a look for yourself.

Just don’t blame us if you leave wanting to take something home for your wall. 😉
