Southern Highlands Prime is a small boutique producer of the highest quality prime Black Angus beef. Our goal is to continually seek genetics that provide optimum: meat structure; flavour; and tenderness. We guarantee that no growth hormones or any other growth stimulants have been used. Our cattle are regularly handled to minimise any s

tress when finally sent for processing. Stress is one of the main elements that can adversely affect the quality and tenderness of the meat. The carcases are aged for 21 to 28 days, then butchered according to our specifics requests, and vacuum sealed for best storage and flavour retention. As our meat is aged and butchered to specific requirements, please note that the lead-time for delivery is 3 to 4 weeks.
