🛎🛎 Introducing 'The Sicilian' now available on our menu!!

Our Sicilian focaccia takes inspiration from a traditional Sicilian bread called Sfincione.

The Sicilian is made with a tomato base sauce packed with slowly cooked brown onions and topped with breadcrumbs, pecorino cheese & fresh basil!

The proof is in the proofing 😉

It is incredibly important to proof your dough in order for your dough to develop in flavour and most importantly have a nice light and airy focaccia/bread!

As seen in the next photo, by proofing my dough for a couple of hours, this allows me to have little air pockets running through the focaccia, therefore making it fluffy and light. The last thing you want is a dense and chewy focaccia!
