We pulled our head roaster, Paul aside to chat about this months roasters picksā˜•ļø

We love seeing how brew equipment continues to push the boundaries of what we can get from our coffees and the ā€˜Snap 029ā€™ from .coffee has caught our attention.

Unlike traditional pour overs that strictly rely on shape and pouring technique, the snap sends a repeatable force that spreads evenly through the coffee bed during brews. With every snap it releases trapped COā‚‚ and air which improves saturation and settles the bed. Resulting in a more sweet and balanced cup with clarity.
