We're hiring a Brewer

A rare opening on our brew team, and not an entry-level one. You'll need real hands-on production brewing experience and be ready to hit the floor from day one.

We develop our brewers, not just employ them. You'll train across brewhouse, fermentation, maturation, filtration, QA, and cellar, and keep rotating through all of it so your skills stay sharp and you understand the whole beer, not just one part.

One more thing, and it matters. We've got good people on this team and we're keeping it that way. Show up for the crew beside you, own your mistakes, take the work seriously without taking yourself too seriously, and leave the ego at the door. We can teach great brewing. We can't teach that.
