Thank you everyone for your assistance. We have the name of the person caught shoplifting.
I would like to point out that we do not like posting footage of someone shoplifting in our store, I understand people are doing it tough and a lot of people are struggling and finding it hard to make ends meet. I also understand these people have families that can be affected.
It’s not fair that some people have to resort to stealing to feed their families etc.
The police have been notified and will now deal with the person. We have also barred them from coming into the Shop.
Stealing is just not worth it!
I’ve now removed the footage. Please understand we are faced with shoplifters on an almost daily basis. We have a business to run we have wages to pay and bills to pay.
Please don’t attempt to shoplift or steal from our store as it may cause you and your family a lot of embarrassment and heartache.
We can put you in contact with welfare support and help if you need it.

West Park Grove IGA have one potentially two casual positions that may become permanent part-time for the right applicant.
Around 15 to 20 hours per week doing customer service and general Shop duties. Experience would be desirable. The hours will vary between 10 am until 4 pm and 12 until 6 pm.
Please drop your resume in to Mat any morning before 11am.

Does anybody know who owns this German Shepherd? He was wandering around on the road and in the car park at the shop so one of our customers has taken him with them to their house so he doesn’t get hurt. Please call the Shop on

West Park Grove IGA has an office administration position available.
Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
Flexible hours and working days.
You can work three hours per day Monday to Friday or more hours over a couple of days. 
The vacancy would suit an appropriately qualified person with children at school and their availability to work around school hours giving them the opportunity to drop off and pick up from school OR  a retired or semi retired person.

What we are looking for…
Someone Reliable & trustworthy with experience operating MYOB and zero accounting programs.
Processing payroll.
Inputting invoices into the system.
Reconciling and paying accounts.
Inward and outward email management.
You would also be trained to use our IGA ordering platform Software. 
On the job training and mentoring offered.
References will be required.

The position is also open to somebody that would like to do extra duties around the supermarket and can be discussed with the individual applicant.
If it sounds like you and you are highly motivated and have the experience and would love to work as a part of our great team, please present your resume “ IN PERSON” to Mat seven days a week from 5:30 am until lunchtime.
