For MONTHS now I've been thinking that the North West Coast needs its own little food van and vendor pop-up event.
After chatting with a few fellow vendors, I think it could be something really special.
The idea would be a mix of mains, desserts, drinks and specialty food vendors all in one location for a fun evening out.
We already have a potential location in mind!
A large flat carpark just outside the Ulverstone CBD with plenty of street parking nearby.
I'm thinking we start with a trial run on a Saturday afternoon/evening, maybe 4pm–8pm?
Earlier set up of course, and see how it goes.
If it was a hit maybe it could be a weekly thing?
A place where families can come down, grab dinner, try a dessert, support local businesses and enjoy a great atmosphere.
There's obviously a bit to organise and work through, but this is my starting point!
So... what do we think?
