🌧️ Rain fell over parts of the northern end of Moreton Bay region & Sunshine Coast this afternoon, along with a brief thunderstorm - did you get any rain your way?

This plant is Brazillian Spinach. A low growing, edible perennial ground cover, that is very easy to grow just from cutting, or even better a piece with a bit of root attached.

It tolerates full-sun, shade or container and a versatile green to use raw in salads, and cooked through stir-fries and delish sliced up added to omelettes! 🌿

Next time you spot this green in a garden, ask for a piece to take home :-)
