The Country Women’s Assn was founded in 1924, and is Australia’s largest Women’s organisation,
Byford & Districts area modern progressive branch of CWA. We are a non for profit group. Our Aim is to improve the lives of our members and community, through our Monthly Meetings with a Social Atmosphere, Events, Fantastic Craft Group, and not to forget Cooking great for the Foodies with Demonstrations and lessons. Not to forget our ‘Chill & Chat’ informal coffee where you can have a chat whilst learning a new craft skill, or just hang out with friends who are always happy to see you.
Our members range from their 30’s to 70’ they bring their vast experience in life and skills to share with our members and the community.
We share ideas, have fun whilst empowering women by Friendship and recognising their gifts and skills. Most of all friendship and Laughter.
