Right here in the Northern Rivers, our rum starts with Sunshine Sugar molasses from Harwood Sugar Mill — just up the coast on the Clarence River.

Sugar cane goes into the mill, sugar comes out… and that rich, dark molasses becomes the starting point for what eventually ends up in your glass.

So when you drink our rum, you're tasting a little bit of the Northern Rivers — from the cane fields, through Harwood, and into the still at home in Byron Bay.

FATHERS DAY RELEASE
- Very happy to release this one into the wild this Father’s Day!!!
Aged for four years in Ex Bourbon Barrels, then finished for three months in one of our old bourbon barrels that had been used by our friends at Common People Brewing for there Billy Cart Belgium Blonde.
Wow what a rum, and what a beer! Why not shout dad both this Father’s Day!
