It’s limoncello season 🍋

Freshly harvested bush lemons from Middle Pocket, hand peeled one by one. Yep… it’s a labour of love.

We stick pretty close to the traditional limoncello process, then throw a little Byron twist at it — using our own cane spirit as the base and locally grown bush lemons for that unmistakable citrus hit.

Traditional process. Non-traditional ingredients. Very Byron.
