We take pineapples very, VERY seriously at our distillery 🍍 It’s no secret they’re the beating heart of our cellar door bar, powering our WORLD-FAMOUS PIÑA COLADA. But did you know we use every part of the pineapple?

The leaves become garnishes, the skins are turned into oleo and used to flavour our PIÑA Spiced Rum, and of course the fruit is juiced to make our drinks sing!
