Who doesn’t love a challenge. Quick hop across the Tasman to serve a lunch at Spot X, somewhere among the Southern Alps.
We four-wheel-drove everything up, crossed fences, enjoyed (endured?) the rain and wind, and finished the day with a long lunch featuring a menu of BBQ eye fillet, locally caught salmon, creams, pureés, salads, dressings, whipped butter, crusty sourdough and so much more.
Bellies were full, muscles sore, and smiles were very much on.
