We’re Hiring! Two Positions Available
The Beach Hut Cafe located in Palm Cove is currently hiring for a Front of House/All-Rounder and a Kitchen Hand role.
⭐️ Kitchen Hand
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy team. You’ll assist with food preparation, washing dishes, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, restocking, and supporting the kitchen team during busy service.
Previous hospitality or kitchen experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are a must!
⭐️ Front of House
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Front of House team member to join us. You’ll be greeting customers, taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing tables, keeping the cafe looking its best, and helping create a great customer experience.
Hospitality experience is preferred, with barista skills being a bonus. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, confident, personable and enjoys working as part of a team.
Both roles are a casual position with hours spread across a 7 day rotating roster, therefore weekend availability is a must.
Excellent customer service and communication skills is essential for this role.
Live locally or have your own reliable transport is a must and ideally seeking someone with long-term availability.
