Our next WSET Level 2 Award in Wines is just around the corner, kicking off this March in Cairns.

Delivered under the global framework of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust this course is designed for hospitality professionals, retailers and serious wine enthusiasts who want structured knowledge and real confidence.

We cover production, key grape varieties and regions, food and wine pairing, and structured tasting. It’s practical, commercially relevant and immediately useful whether you’re on the floor, buying for a list or simply wanting to understand what’s in your glass.

Across the two days you’ll taste more than 40 leading examples from across the wine world.

Huge thanks to Chris Ford from Creative Claret for joining us today! Some of the team embarked on the WSET level 1 course to learn more about the wonderful world of wine!!

Little known.
Grape Price developments in Australia and New Zealand compared to 2001 (current prices in local currency) have moved into opposite directions. In 2023, Australian grape prices were still 22% below their 2001 level; in New Zealand, prices rose to 67% above their 2001 level.
