Platinum Daiquiri, anyone? 🍸

Ingredients (1 serve):
- 60ml Platinum rum
- 30ml fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 15ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar + water)
- Ice

Method:
- Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass
