Thanks to everyone who came along to the Tanks Arts Centre Twilight Markets. It was a great success!
My last minute chocolate cakes proved popular...a delicious rustic creation with candied mandarin, caramel, ganache, buttercream and almonds. All made by Swaino's ! (That's me). Although presentation is not my strong suit 😅, the taste and flavours are the bomb! 💥

One of my favourite dishes of ALL TIME to make, and to eat, would have to be Nam Prik Ong. Its a spicy pork and chilli and tomato dip from Northern Thailand, and its a showstopper! I have made this over and over again and reckon the addition of fragrant white peppercorns make it. I am hoping to serve this up really soon to a food loving crowd!
