House concert, playing AND catering for 50 or so, Wayne McIntosh starting up, then Jeanette Wormald' s Sisterhood of Songs then me and Wayne! Wayne and I!
Beautiful night up in Speewah.
Menu was all vegan except for the outstanding Nam Prik Ong. 😄
Cauli koftas in spiced tomato gravy
Coconut dhal, turmeric basmati,
Roasted carrots with tahini dressing
Swaino's (infamous!) date, almond, quinoa, spinach salad with tamarind dressing.

Thanks to everyone who came along to the Tanks Arts Centre Twilight Markets. It was a great success!
My last minute chocolate cakes proved popular...a delicious rustic creation with candied mandarin, caramel, ganache, buttercream and almonds. All made by Swaino's ! (That's me). Although presentation is not my strong suit 😅, the taste and flavours are the bomb! 💥
