Kakigori Dreams English wife and Japanese husband run stall at local markets and festivals in the Cairns area.

Our product is called "kakigori" - it is Japanese-style shaved ice topped with different flavoured syrup, which is very popular with families. We source everything from Japan and use a traditional Japanese "hand-crank" machine to shave the ice.
