🍦 VENDOR ANNOUNCEMENT #11 — The Rolling Cones Cairns 🍦
Some things are too good not to pass down… and this one comes with ice cream!
Say hello to Rolling Cones, a proudly family-owned business run by young local entrepreneur Spencer Downes — bringing a very special family tradition all the way from Melbourne to Far North Queensland.
The story started with Spencer’s grandmother, who used to make this style of fresh fruit blended ice cream back in Melbourne. Fast forward a few generations and Spencer has taken that family tradition, added his own fresh twist, and turned it into something deliciously his own!
Think real fresh fruit blended into creamy ice cream — mango, banana, strawberry and raspberry — then loaded up with your choice of delicious sauces… because let’s be honest, a little Nutella or caramel never hurt anyone!
But Rolling Cones is about more than just serving up something sweet. It’s about family, keeping traditions alive, having a crack at building something of your own, and bringing a whole lot of happiness to the community.
And judging by what’s coming out of this truck… Spencer’s grandmother was definitely onto something!
