German Sausages at Rusty’s is back. Come get your favourite sausage tomorrow. We are open 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Sorry it took a while…. I should’ve taken a photo today. I was too busy to do any pics.
Looking forward to seeing you all. Lots of people and many kids said they were sooooo happy to see we are open again. I’m doing lots of prep tonight. So I don’t fall behind tomorrow when I get busy. I don’t like to keep anyone waiting

The shutters being installed did put me behind. All of everything went out the back in a lock up place ( everything disappeared), couldn’t even get there even if I wanted to!!!!
No matter, your favourites are ready tomorrow. I’m even making up the vegan bratwurst. Vegans love my homemade vegan brats. They are very yummy.
Even getting my currywurst sauce made 😻 The Berlin style that is so yummy!!!
Everyone loves my stall that’s been at Rusty’s for over ten years.
If you can’t be there tomorrow, there’s always next week. Yay!!!

The German Sausages at Rusty’s is coming back. It has been a while and thankfully I’m getting much better now. I was in today to start to put the German Sausage food stall back together. Rusty’s did put in big roller shutters and that also changed a few things.
Everything is better now.
Cant wait to see your happy faces again. I have missed you all 😊😊😊
I took a pic as I was leaving. It was 11:00 pm when I finally finished organising and cleaning. Sorry to say it won’t be this weekend but next weekend that we will be open again. Friday 7th of August is when you can enjoy your yummy German Sausages again. 8:00 am is when we start and finish about 2:30.

I am coming back to Rusty’s. I’ve had to have time off due to health issues.
It won’t be long before I can see your happy faces again.
In December 2023 I went through the ugly flood at Machan’s. The house I was renting did get the worst of it. I lost almost everything.
I never knew I could become very sick inhaling mould. When I did clean up after my temporary home in the rainforest I had zero clue mould could have hurt me so badly. It wasn’t just the mould, then my immune system started to attack my thyroid. For months I couldn’t do anything. I was depleted of all energy. My whole body was attacked. Every muscle, every joint was too sore to walk. I was in chronic pain for months.
Finally, I am getting better.
Going through the flood at Machan’s in December 2023 started this chain reaction. I thought I could rise above the flood. Then when the toxic mould hit me, that was something I never expected. Thyroid issues on top complete with burnout.
It’s been a harrowing experience for me as I love to work hard and do my best.
I’m happy to say I am getting better. I’ve started gardening again with my time off. The veggie seedlings are growing well, just like me. I don’t live in a mouldy home anymore.
My daughter and I have bought a mould free home finally. To have a garden is my most favourite thing in the world.
I am coming back to Rusty’s.
They were installing shutters at Rusty’s and my set up didn’t work so well with the shutters. While I was away sick, they did take my whole stall away. So be it. I’m now better and I’m working on getting my position with German Sausages re installed. Trust me I don’t give up. Tomorrow I’m seeing the manager to work out how to get it all back together again. It probably won’t be this week but next week I want to be able to start operating again at Rusty’s and to make all my lovely customers happy again.
When I went down with this mould poisoning etc I had been at my stall for 10 years. I’m sure you will all be happy to see me return again. I feel like the phoenix out of the ashes. Except the ashes wasn’t fire it was mould that did hold me back. I never expected to be away for so long. My apologies. I am doing my best.
I look forward to coming back soon. I hope you all are wanting me back too. It would be so lovely to hear from you.
I’m looking forward to being there for you once again.
A bit of encouragement would help. I have felt sad not being there🥲 I don’t like letting anyone down. I’m very sorry I became unwell.

German Sausage Food Cart is back at Rusty’s. We had to have time off. It’s been over 10 years we’ve been a part of Rusty’s markets. We needed some time off to get even better. Not sure what better is, come grab your favourite yummy sausage. Looking forward to seeing our wonderful customers.
