We’re dreaming up a night where you can try a mix of the Mastro & Co Italian menu as well as food straight from our region, Calabria. The food we grew up on, the food that started all of this. 🇮🇹

To our regulars: you already know what’s coming. 🙌
To everyone who hasn’t tried us yet: this is the night to start!

Long tables, shared plates, Italian music playing and a way to get the community together.

Orders open for this week! We will close from this Friday and will be back from Wednesday the 23rd of September. Limited quantities of frozen lasagna will be available during this period for pick up any day of the week. Ciao to all you amazing people! 😘😘

Kitchen update! We will be closed from Friday the 28th of August and will re open on Wednesday the 23rd of September as I head over to Italy during this period My Calabria Tours - Authentic Tours of Calabria, Italy 🇮🇹

I will be making a limited batch of Lasagna’s next week which will be the only available tray for purchase during my time away. They will be frozen so you can easily cook them at home.

There’s something special about a meatball made from scratch.

At Mastro & Co Italian, we make ours from start to finish, mixing, hand-rolling every single meatball, then slowly cooking them in our rich sauce.

Made with mince, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, pecorino cheese, parmigiano cheese and fresh parsley.

Simple ingredients. Made by hand. And, of course, with lots of love.

Mastro and Co Update| Calabria Tours| Dinner and Info Evening at my house!

In 3 weeks I will be boarding a plane to Calabria, Italy.

For many of you, you’ve come to know me through Mastro & Co Italian, where I have the privilege of sharing authentic Italian food with your families.

Now, I can’t wait to take you behind the scenes of another passion of mine.

I’ll be travelling through the village where both sides of my family come from, meeting with locals and friends, whilst taking you behind the scenes on what my 2027 Calabria Tours will offer. Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing it all with you-the food, the traditions, the people, and the authentic Calabria that has shaped my life.

I’ll also be sharing an update soon on how Mastro & Co Italian will be operating while I’m away, so you can plan your orders before I leave.

I am thinking of hosting a small, intimate Italian dinner and Calabria Tour Information Evening in the comfort of my home for those who are genuinely interested in joining one of my tours. It will be a relaxed evening where you can enjoy some traditional dishes, hear my story, see the itinerary, ask questions, and discover whether this experience is right for you. If you are following me from Sydney this offer is also for you!
