I’ll be making a small batch of authentic tiramisù for next week, just like the one I made for Angela in our tube episode.

Made with mascarpone sourced from Italy and prepared the traditional way! No added cream, no shortcuts, just authentic Italian tiramisù. ☕️🤎

Single serves – $15 each
Family tray (4 serves) $50

Single serve and family tray pictured above. The family tray is smaller than our pasta trays.

Pre-orders are now open, but quantities will be very limited as I’ll only have a small supply of mascarpone available next week. I will be making this based on demand and supply and availability of the best mascarpone only.

For as long as I can remember, Calabria has been part of my story.

It’s the region my family comes from, the place I travelled back and forth to throughout my childhood, and ultimately, the place where I met my husband.

Every visit strengthened my connection to this beautiful corner of Italy. It’s people, traditions, food, culture and way of life.

That’s why I’m incredibly proud to announce that my first My Calabria Tours experience will take place in 2027.

This tour is more than just a holiday. It’s an opportunity to experience Calabria through the eyes of someone whose roots run deep in the region and whose family story spans generations between Australia and Italy.

Made with authentic shells from Sicily and filled fresh with our own homemade filling.
