We had the privilege of hosting Phil Bayly at Bremer Valley Agave recently.

It was great to spend time out on the farm and in the distillery, sharing our operations and showcasing what we’re building here in the Bremer Valley as Australian agave continues to evolve.

Today, we officially introduce the identity of Bremer Valley Agave.

More than a logo, this mark represents the land we come from, the copper-rich heritage of our region, and the future vision of Bremer Valley Agave as a distinctly South Australian agave estate brand.

Every detail within this identity has been shaped by the same values guiding our spirit production — patience, craftsmanship, agriculture and deep respect for the process.

As we complete our biggest harvest yet and prepare for our first bottle release, this marks the beginning of the next chapter for Bremer Valley Agave.

Thank you to everyone following the journey from the very beginning. 🌱

Our very first piña cutting — and our smallest.
We started cautiously, not knowing what to expect.

Now, the process is dialled in, making light work of much larger plants — each cut bringing us closer to the agave spirit taking shape 🍸.

Our first agave silage trial is complete — and it’s safe to say the sheep were big fans! 😀

Every leftover from our agave spirit production now has a purpose. We’ve used the by-products as an emergency stock feed, and we’re thrilled with how this first run performed. With a few more trials and some fine-tuning, this will become a reliable option for farmers in the near future.

The agave spirit remains our main focus 🍸 — the product that drives everything we do.
