A massive congratulations to Alex Fitzpatrick from Beach Family Meats on officially completing his Certificate III in Retail Butcher apprenticeship with Axial Training! 👏👏

Pictured with Alex are Ivan, owner of Dicky Beach Family Meats, and Kate, Ivan’s daughter and manager – two people who have played a huge part in supporting Alex throughout his apprenticeship.

Completing an apprenticeship takes commitment from everyone involved. Alex has put in the hard work, developed his skills on the job and earned his trade qualification – while Ivan, Kate and the entire Dickey Beach Meats team have provided the mentoring, experience and support that helps turn an apprentice into a quality tradesperson.

Big wraps to Alex on a fantastic achievement, and equally big wraps to Ivan, Kate and the Dicky Beach Family Meats team for continuing to invest in the next generation of skilled butchers. 🙌
