This weekend will be our first time at both of these markets, and we’re bringing the Beef Bus loaded with premium meat and some great bargains.

Today we’re at the Meet the Maker Expo on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a ticketed industry event, and we’re here representing Shallow Well Beef / From Farm to Fridge and showcasing what paddock-to-plate beef can look like for restaurants, venues, caterers and food service businesses.

Our focus today is showing the industry that buying a beast direct from a farmer is still a smart, practical and valuable option.

It gives venues the chance to use the whole animal properly across their menu — from steak nights, roasts and silverside, through to rissoles, meatloaf, flavoured sausages, bangers and mash, pies and other value-added options.

For us, it’s about more than selling beef. It’s about connecting farmers directly with kitchens, creating better value for venues, and making sure quality local beef is used the way it should be.
