The Wagtails Story

Based on the beautiful island of Tasmania, known for its clean waters, pure air, and natural beauty. Wagtails is BREWED FOR TASTE, using locally sourced Tasmanian produce wherever possible. An alternative to juice or soft drink, our Kombucha is bright, fizzy, refreshing and super delicious. Oh, and did we mention Kombucha is the talk of the town for its probiotic health benefits and energy-boosting properties.

Wagtails Kombucha was founded on the realisation that the local hospitality industry desperately needed to provide grown-up, non-alcoholic options. When we both took a break from alcohol, we were resigned to fizzy sugary options, or the “oh, so boring’’ soda and lime. We wanted something special, that would have unique and sophisticated flavour options, and Kombucha ticked that box.
