A look back to the beginning of harvest.
Our first pick of the season, Pinot Gris D1V7 R110, arriving at the winery and heading straight to the press. While harvest is now behind us, the patient, thoughtful work of our winery team continues.
This fruit is destined to become our inaugural Pinot Gris, scheduled for release later this year. As Tasmania's reputation for aromatic white wines continues to grow, we're looking forward to sharing our own expression of the variety.
If you'd like to be among the first to hear when it's released, head to the link in our bio to sign up to our newsletter.

A pleasure to welcome guests from Wine Tasmania’s National Wine Trade Visit to the Coal River Valley.

Over a tasting of some of Tasmania’s finest sparkling wines, we shared a glimpse of what’s to come with a sneak peek of our Blanc de Blanc.

There’s something special about welcoming visitors to the valley. Seeing guests connect with the wine, food, landscape and stories of this island is a reminder of what makes Tasmania such an extraordinary place to call home.

A little colour against the winter greys.
The winery and vineyard may be quieter this time of year, but there’s still plenty to notice if you slow down long enough.

POV: Another vintage, another chapter of the SISU story.
667 Pinot Noir from our home block, destined for our 2026 single varietal Pinot Noir. Currently maturing in our 1500L foudre — a gentler approach to oak, aligned with our belief that wine should be more art, less artefact.

Bright acidity, white peach, mandarin and almond layered over a creamy texture and quiet precision. Grown on black dolerite soils in the Coal River Valley and crafted to reflect place above all else.

The kind of wine that settles in slowly and keeps evolving with every glass.

Textural, bright and quietly complex, our 2024 Chardonnay settles in beautifully wherever it’s poured.
A wonderful winter table companion, it pairs effortlessly with comfort dishes like pumpkin & sage tortellini, golden herb roast chicken with seasonal vegetables, or the gentle spice and richness of a green chicken curry.
A Chardonnay made to meet good food and good friends head on.
Available now via the link in bio.
