I made little cheese and herb filled buns on Tuesday, I have some filling left and I am considering making some more for tomorrow’s, Sept 20th QCWA Market. The cheese filling is a mix of ricotta and a homemade farmers style semi hard cheese. So what do you people think. To make or not to make for the markets?
