Fabbris Smallgoods is a Melbourne family owned and operation business, established in 1980 by Dino Fabbris. Fabbris' multi-award winning products are distributed nationally and throughout New Zealand, and include Hams, Bacon, Frankfurts, Silverside and specialty lines such as Prosciutto, Salami, Capocollo, Pancetta, Kaiser Fleisch and more. Our products are more hand-made than mass produced and ha

ve come about from three generations of butchering and smallgoods culinary skills. Traditional methods are used to maintain an authentic, rustic look and taste throughout the entire product range. We use only Australian pork and beef in all of our products and we are licensed and audited by Primesafe Victoria for the manufacture, storage and distribution of smallgoods. The HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) based food safety system of Fabbris Smallgoods ensures control at each phase of production.
