What a special day! 💙 

A huge THANK YOU to Cabramatta Leagues for having us back for such an exciting and memorable Grand Final day. 🏉✨

We loved being part of the celebrations, serving up our Chunka Chunk Cookies 🍪 while watching the games unfold.

Yesterday was SO busy that I only managed to take ONE photo! 😅📸

I was so lucky to be asked back to Cabramatta Leagues Club for the Grand Final games. I set up in the morning, then rushed off to my daughter’s netball semi-final while my daughter-in-law held down the stall while also serving her amazing drinks (and her team WON! 🎉 Grand Finals, here we come! 🏆).

Then it was back to the stall… before heading off again in the afternoon to deliver cakes to my customers — because yes, I somehow made 3 cakes AND over 200 Chunka Chunk Cookies! 😂🍪🎂 Then, straight back to the stall!

And after all that… WE SOLD OUT before the day even ended! 😭🤎

I’m honestly beyond grateful for every single person who supported me yesterday — my returning customers, all the new faces, and everyone who took the time to share such amazing feedback. Your kind words, support and love mean more than you know.
My heart is FULL. 🥹🤎 Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! ✨

✨ Coming to the markets this Saturday! ✨

I'm putting my own twist on two Fijian favourites! 🇫🇯💛

I'll have my Fijian Custard Pie and Fijian Coconut Pie, both made with my soft, fluffy vanilla sponge cake instead of the traditional base.

The Custard Pie is topped with rich, creamy custard, a drizzle of sweet condensed milk, and juicy peach slices. 🍑 (I didn't have the peach slices on hand when I took these photos, but they'll definitely be on the finished dessert!)

My partner, who is Fijian, absolutely loves both of these made with my sponge cake, so I can't wait for everyone else to try them too.
