Dear Parents and Carers, Parents of MPS Macgregor Primary School P&C Macgregor Primary School

We are opening the ordering up until 7.30am tomorrow morning Friday 8 May as there have been a number of parents who forgot to place an order.

Please be aware that there will be limited quantities available, and items may sell out. A small number of items will be available for parents to purchase on the day; however, these cannot be guaranteed.

We appreciate your support in helping the day run smoothly and ensuring all students are well catered for. The canteen will be selling other snacks from the Charnwood playing fields canteen for kids to come and purchase throughout the day.

The sausage sizzle will be available for pick up from 1pm when everyone is having their lunch break.

Please note that as the athletic carnival is held offsite there will be no canteen run at the school on this day. Which means for the Kindergarten and year 1 students that will not be at the carnival this means the canteen at the school will be closed on Friday 8 May as we do not have enough staff to be in two places at once.

Good morning parents and carers, Parents of MPS Macgregor Primary School P&C Macgregor Primary School

We’re looking for a few helping hands this Friday at the school Athletics Carnival to assist the canteen team.

We need volunteers between 10:00am and 2:00pm to help with the BBQ and serve food to students. Even if you’re only available for part of this time, your support would be greatly appreciated.

Events like this are always a highlight for the students, and the canteen plays a big part in keeping everyone fuelled and happy throughout the day. Your time and assistance make a real difference.

All orders must be made prior to the event to ensure your child doesn’t miss out. Please be aware that there will be limited quantities available, and items may sell out before the closing time.

The canteen is having a morning tea to celebrate easter Wednesday 1 April. The morning tea will consist of a warm hot cross bun, easter eggs, small milk and sippah straw (randomly selected) and easter surprises from the canteen. It will cost $6.50. There will be an allergen friendly options available.
There are limited numbers so get your order in early to ensure your child gets one. This is to be ordered on Flexischools.

To celebrate Harmony Day this week, the canteen will be offering a special Harmony Morning Tea featuring a selection of tasty treats

The Harmony Morning Tea will cost $7.50 and will consist of the following:

Orange & Passio juice bomb
Orange jelly cup
Rainbow serpent (Killer python)
Rainbow lollipop
Chocolate chip biscuit
Fun pen and pen topper selected at random and a
Surprise from the canteen

This is a limited special and there will be a set number available, it will be available to order in Flexischools until sold out. We encourage you to order it early to ensure you are able to order one for your child/ren.

Harmony Day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the many cultures that make up our school community, and we’re excited to mark the occasion with a delicious morning tea.
