Well... I'm back from the dead! 😂 After spending last week sick as a dog, I'm bloody excited to be back behind the grill and slinging some Phat burgers again!

And what better way to celebrate than with a proper Schnitty Burger 🍔🔥

Our crispy chicken schnitzel topped with fresh iceberg lettuce, melted cheese and gravy, all packed into a toasted bun.

Hey guys

Unfortunately, we’re going to be closed this week as I’m crook and have been stuck in bed.

As much as I’d love to get the van open and cook up some Phat burgers for you all, the last thing we want is to make anyone else sick. So we’re taking the week off to rest up and get better.

Due to injury we're closed this week. Hopefully we are better by Saturday and able to walk properly but at the moment struggling to stand.
