McLeod’s Angels Catering had the privilege of catering a 50th birthday party for a local traditional owners of Canberra, the event was held at the Queanbeyan Showground.

Guest enjoyed a hot buffet sit down meal with options including Chicken buffalo wings, roast lamb and roast pork.

Accompanied by season roasted potatoes, roasted pumpkin, broccoli and cauliflower bake, fried rice, peas-corn-carrot mix.

Salads on offer included an asian noodle salad, creamy potato salad, pumpkin and mint couscous, garden salad with French and Italian dressing.

Condiments included a rich home style gravy, mint and apple sauces, pork crackle and bread roll with individual butter packs.
