🥃 NEW PRODUCT ALERT 🥃 LAKOONA IS HERE 🥃

The newest whisky from THE Canberra Distillery is available online now via our website or give it a first taste Handmade Market Canberra this weekend 🤩

Crafted from malted Riverina barley, pot distilled and aged four years in Apera casks, this whisky mature with the seasons; warmed by summer, slowed by winter. Drawn from a single batch of spirit, the barrels wait in neat rows in the machinery shed, resulting in a whisky that carries the quiet patience of the land it calls home.

Clean aromas of soft oak, butterscotch and a hint of crisp apricot lead into flavours of dried fruit and wattle seed, finishing smooth and rounded.

Enjoy it neat, over a single ice cube, or lengthened with ginger ale.

Ever tried a CHARLIE CHAPLIN? Could be your new favourite!

30ml TCD Sloe Gin
30ml Lime juice
30ml Apricot Brandy

Shake over ice until chilled. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
