Back for another year of bbq, tunes and cowboy hats! Strap in for a Spring and Summer full of events. This year we'll be adding live-fire cooking workshops, run by one of the region's most experienced pit masters and our very own Executive Chef ChefScott Gooch!

It's always fun for us to see our guests getting a kick out of this experience. It's genuinely motivating to watch people's authentic reactions to truffles when they first come out of the ground. There's nothing quite like it. After years of searching for, and digging up truffles, I still get a rush.
