We were pleased to welcome our representatives from KB Seafood to spend some time with our team for a product showcase, introducing us to a great range of new and original products. 💙

✨ Whitsunday Foodservice | Staff Highlight ✨

Meet Ebony! While she’s only been part of the Whitsunday Foodservice team for a few months, she has already become such a valued member of our team and a huge asset to WFS. 💙

Working in Customer Service, Ebony is one of the friendly faces helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From answering calls and emails and liaising with customers about product availability, to coordinating collections, assisting with orders and pulling daily reports. There’s always plenty keeping her busy! 💻

Ebony’s approach to customer service is simple: take the time to understand what each customer needs, find the right options to suit their business, and most importantly, be someone they can rely on and trust. 💛

When she’s not at WFS, you’ll most likely find Ebony out on the water, snorkelling, fishing or simply enjoying a relaxing day in the Whitsundays. 🌊☀️ And when it comes to food, she’s all about Thai cuisine or a good burrito bowl! 🌯

She’s also become very familiar with one particular product category: birthday cakes! 🎂

We’re so happy to have Ebony as part of the WFS family. Her positive attitude, willingness to help and team spirit have already made a big impact, and we’re looking forward to seeing all she brings to the team. 🙌🏼
