Better Water Purification Systems Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Water Filtration Service Technician to join our team in Capalaba, Queensland. As a full-time technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients' water filtration systems.
What you'll be doing
Full training provided.
· Performing comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance on residential and commercial water filtration systems
· Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment to ensure optimal performance
· Maintaining accurate records of all service and repair activities
· Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
· Adhering to all safety protocols and industry regulations
What we're looking for
· An honest, reliable and respectful team member
· Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of water filtration systems
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
· Customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
· Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver's licence with a clean driving history
