Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums — the mums, the fur mummas, the plant mummas, the mums passed and the hopeful mummas.

This one hits differently — my official promotion from fur mumma to human mumma.

Mother's day is the reason why I started creating sugar cookies. My dad and I creating a high tea at home for my mum now Nana during covid.
Now 6 years on I'm able to make your ideas into delicious cookies.

These took a little longer to finish than I expected, but I was finally able to drop off thank‑you cookies to the staff at Redlands Hospital Maternity. I put together some large cookie boxes for the doctors and midwives who played such a significant role in caring for our little one and me—both during the two weeks leading up to her birth and the five days after her arrival. I also delivered a big box of mini cookies for the tea room to share with the rest of the staff, though that one didn’t make it into the photos
