R U OK? Day is an important reminder to check in with the people around us and ask a simple but powerful question: "Are you OK?" It encourages meaningful conversations, kindness, and support for anyone who may be struggling.. So take a moment today to reach out, listen, and let someone know they're not alone. 💛🍪

Check out the amazing mums group Gentle Space who will be at the Redlands Pregnancy and Baby Expo tomorrow at the Alex Hills Hotel. You might even be lucky enough to snag a sugar cookie 🍪

Little Miss and I were fortunate to be referred to Courtney, the founder of Gentle Space, and welcomed into the wonderful community of women she’s created.

Make sure you stop by her stall tomorrow — entry is free.
