Stratham Valley Farm is a small business owned by a local Bunbury family. Their high quality products are all produced using the fruits and vegetables they grow locally on their 48 hectare farm in Stratham, WA. The Ierace family of Bunbury started their small business over 10 years ago. For over 15 years the family have spent nearly every day at their farm planting, watering, feeding, pruning and
harvesting their fruits and vegetables as well as keeping up with maintenance and producing their high quality products. Today they sell their locally cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, a variety of jams/ preserves and some of their fresh produce. Nearly every Saturday and Sunday, you will find Joe and Iolanda selling their fresh fruits and vegetables, olive oil and jams/ preserves at the weekend markets in Dunsborough, Vasse or Busselton. Stratham Valley Farm grow a variety of olives spread over about 1500 trees. From April through to September the olives are harvested and cold pressed to make their lovely mild-flavoured olive oil. JAMS/ PRESERVES
