Hello to all my loyal customers out there. I'm aware it's been a while. Just a heads up that I'm still very much in the business of supplying infused olive oil although I have slowed down and taken a little bit of a hiatus of late - lots of personal things going on. I have run out of the plain EVOO. Not sure if Aminya Grove will see a harvest this season....in which case I'll be looking to other local olive groves to source oil for infusions. I have to restock Southern Harvest. At some point.

Oh and in other weirdness..... anyone else with a FB business page got a message saying that their business page will be shut down due to lack of interaction and for not meeting community standards......?! Scam....??!!

I still have lots of stock here. If you are local to either Captains Flat or the Canberra /Queanbeyan region and would like infused or plain olive oil, or a Christmas hamper, and just couldn't get to the markets today, please contact me and we can work out how to get it to you!

Back at the Southern Harvest Farmers market in Bungendore this morning. Here until 12noon. Please don't make me take all of this home again 🙏🤣 Mini Christmas hampers only $15! I'm back!!!! I will be making a brief appearance before Christmas at the Twilight Markets in Bungendore Village Square on Friday 20th December from 3pm to 7pm AND again at the Southern Harvest Farmers market on Saturday 21st December from 9-12pm. This is all I can manage this year but I will have some kind of Christmas hamper/special on infused oils. I'll have dukkah and if course, a limited supply of local extra virgin olive oil.

It's been an insanely busy year. I've been away a lot, completing clinical placements but I'm pleased to say that I passed my final exams for my Master of Speech Pathology!!! I'm so relieved 😌 It's been a massive 3 years, not just for me but also for Rick and Evangeline.

I will be starting work as a speech pathologist in February after a decent break (If I'm honest, I think I could sleep for the entire month of January). I will definitely be keeping Flat Out Produce going - it's been a bit neglected so once I have recharged, I'm hoping to reconnect with you all at some local markets in 2025!

Thank you to the wonderful folks at .association who have kept the Community shop well stocked while I've been absent. You are amazing 😍

Umm, well this is interesting 🤔🤣 What a beautiful sight to wake up to. But it's going to be slow getting into the Winter Market at Dairy Rd. And slippery underfoot. Did I mention I'm still rehabilitating my knee after a partial MCL tear.....oops.

So hasn't posted for months, and now here I am bombarding the socials. Well, not really. A couple of posts isn't really an effective social media marketing strategy 🤣 I just can't get on board with Instagram, FB, reels...(why? )....Yes, I can scroll for far too long but then I can equally put the phone down and ignore it for hours. I even mute people 🫢 Only so I can manage my distractions.
So, if anyone out there is obsessed enough with social media stuff and wants to help me figure something out that doesn't require much effort from me, let me know! I can't pay you but I'm sure we could barter effort for infused olive oil......?! 😜😀 Seriously, I'm not doing myself any favours here, just leaving things to chance!
