We often get asked what our SIGNATURE DISH is.........its a tough one because all our meals are different and the tick of approval goes deep with every dish we serve.

After much thought and of course feedback from our customers............the PRAWN TO BE WILD BOWL has won the honours.

It is a dish full of bold FLAVOURS, sPiCe, and packed full of just plain yumminess.

Served with fluffy Basmati Rice, salad greens, half an avocado, TIGER PRAWNS, our very own SPICY Sauce, crispy fried shallots and the ever present FINGER LIME along with wedge of fresh lime/lemon this dish is a winner.

We have been told many times by our customers new and passing through that our food is RESTAURANT quality....the feedback we receive on a daily basis is awesome and something we are very proud of.

SO in the famous words of MOLLY MELDrum..do yourself a favour and try one....

⭐️New Seafood Labelling Rules for Food Service have come into effect from 1 July 2026. Food service businesses across Australia must clearly identify the origin of seafood served for consumption.

⭐️These rules apply to restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs, takeaway shops, food trucks, and delivery services that sell ready-to-eat seafood dishes.

Australia has some of the best seafood available in the WORLD and we are proud to support Aussie fishermen.
