We specialise in small-batch wines, made with grapes from a single vineyard – so every bottle reflects one location, an untarnished sample of soil and season. CRFT wines express the individualism of location – the place where it started and the uniqueness that comes from individual sites. We specialise in small-batch wines, using fruit sourced from a handful of blocks in South Australia’s Adelaide

Hills and Barossa Valley. Each wine is made from grapes picked from a single vineyard, and every bottle becomes an honest reflection of that one specific location, an untarnished sample of soil and season. We believe the most important part of our job is to preserve what the vineyard grew and to balance what we do around this, leaving a minimal winemaking footprint. Our Tasting Room is open for wine flights (starting from $15 each) and take-home bottle sales.

We’re looking forward to a beautiful Easter long weekend here in the Adelaide Hills! We’ll have you sorted for wine flights, wine by the glass, grazing plates and happy times - and by the looks of things, some gorgeous sunny autumn weather, too.

// New release // 2024 Arranmore Pinot Noir 💜

We’re so excited to share our new vintage estate-owned and certified organic Pinot, recently awarded 95 points by for

The 2024 harvest at Arranmore was our smallest on record, with incredibly low yields across the vineyard and as a result only a tiny amount produces, just 80 dozen bottles of this wine.

Our new Pinot is now available online and also at the tasting room - we’re open Saturdays and Sundays, 12–5pm (all the details via the links in our bio).

We’re looking for a passionate wine person to join our small tasting room crew for a regular, ongoing Saturday shift.

Availability for the regular 6-8 hour Saturday shift is essential (11am start), as is availability for public holidays, long weekends, the busy Christmas/New Year period and the February-April vintage months. Availability to work occasional Sundays (covering the Sunday shift) will be an advantage.

Cellar door or hospitality experience and a sound knowledge of wine is absolutely essential. This role requires an experienced, confident and mature person who is comfortable working autonomously and unsupervised, with the ability to confidently oversee the tasting room during their shift.

The successful applicant will be confident opening and closing the cellar door and will demonstrate a high level of reliability, initiative and attention to detail.

We’re thrilled to share the release of our 2025 Mencía Rosé, grown at the beautiful certified organic Wild South Vineyard in Williamstown, Barossa Valley.

Made here at our CRFT winery in Carey Gully, in the same style as previous vintages, it’s been wild fermented in tank on full solids with full malo - creating a fresh, bright, bone-dry wine with textural layers and plenty of personality. Perfect for sipping in the sunshine with friends. ❤️
